OUR STORY
Rugby Bricks was born in Dunedin, New Zealand, during the latter part of 2017. At Rugby Bricks, we firmly believe in two principles that determine your results in life. The first principle is "outwork" (work harder) and the second principle is "outlearn" (learn more). For those who are willing to invest themselves, sometimes that's not enough. You need to be able to learn where it is best to apply the work you put in. If you are a lifelong learner, both on and off the field, you will go further than those who just work hard. Rugby Bricks is our opportunity to develop these principles in products and programs for anyone involved in the world of rugby. Take a look at the video below from an interview with Peter and discover how we have helped some of the world's best players improve.
Our Team
We have some truly amazing people here at Rugby Bricks who help us create the content, programs, and operations that bring you the experiences we try to share in rugby. Here's a little information about each of them below. If you're wondering how to join this team, don't hesitate to send us an email at kevin@rugbybricks.eu with the subject "Hire Me" and we will let you know if we can find something for you within the organization.
Peter Breen - Founder
Pistol, as he is affectionately known within the Rugby Bricks team, is the founder and serves as the main content creator and coach. He is the one you will see in every video, and he has done some pretty incredible work in the world of rugby with over 10 million+ views on the content he has created, and he has designed all our tees from A to Z. Pistol is also the kicking coach for the Melbourne Storm, the attack coach for the Cadbury Wallaroos, and a former ITM Cup player for Otago and Northland. In addition to this, he has worked with some of the best players in the world, from Aaron Smith to Ryan Papenhuyzen, improving their performances in all aspects of rugby.

Kale Panoho - General Manager
Kale is our General Manager here at Rugby Bricks. He is primarily responsible for guiding the company's direction in terms of operations, scaling our advertising campaigns, and implementing growth for Bricks.
A bit of a scrapper on the field, Kale played in the first division for Harbour in Dunedin before ending his career after a few concussions. You'll see him pop up from time to time on our podcasts to interview Pistol and help with some of the technology and development platforms where you consume Rugby Bricks content.
Kale's professional journey is slightly more illustrious with his agency K&J Growth, which has worked with companies such as TikTok, Universal, Monster Energy, and hundreds of others. If you wish to speak with him, send him an email at kale@kpanoho.com.
