This kicking program includes 10 exclusive exercises that will focus on creating stability on one leg during placed kicks, nailing the drop goal, or simply adding more distance to your punt. With an emphasis on developing strength and explosive power through some of the smaller muscle groups, you will create a strong kinetic chain that will help you transfer strength and power through your legs into your on-field kicking game.
Used by the Wallaroos' scrum-half, Georgia Corms, and the Melbourne Rebels U19 training group, this program has helped players at all levels of the game add more distance to their kick and convert at a higher percentage.
