The on-field program includes 8 exclusive exercises to teach players how to catch, transfer, and move the ball to the right place. This program gives coaches and players the opportunity to practice the drills used by professionals.
The gym program contains 13 exclusive exercises designed to complement the on-field work. You will learn how to generate rotational power through the core, strengthen your biceps, and boost the power of your triceps to move the ball as quickly and accurately as possible.
