Three Sessions Per Week. The program requires you to complete three kicking sessions per week. These are oriented towards goal kicking but also use grubbers, drop kicks, punt kicks, and spirals during the sessions.
Weekly Videos. Rugby Bricks' coach and founder, Peter Breen, explains and demonstrates each individual session throughout the program. Watching this video at the start of each week will give you the confidence that you are executing each drill correctly.
PDF Booklet. You will receive a downloadable plan for each of the sessions. This will also allow you to track your progress over the 12 weeks of the program.
